Prerequisites: ASA 101 Certification and a minimum of 24 on-water sailing hours
Rates: $1,199/person
Overnight accommodation on boat is available for $150/night for couples sharing a cabin or $100/night for a single cabin

The Basic Coastal Cruising course teaches students the essential skills to cruise safely in local and coastal waters in moderate wind and sea conditions as skipper or crew on a sailboat up to 40ft during daylight hours.
Learn cruising sailboat terminology, basic boat systems, auxiliary engine operation, docking & anchoring, sail trim, basic coastal navigation, weather, safety, and seamanship.
On completion of this course, which includes written and practical exams, you will receive your ASA 103 Certification.
The course offers a combination of classroom and on-the-water training aboard our Jeanneau 379.
